Thank you to you, this year was pretty much about you (or at least, you took much of it) and I can’t say I didn’t get anything at all from everything—most of this year’s happiest moments are undeniably attributed to you (though the worst are credited to you as well). So thank you, you were my “penance”, and for, perhaps, a few milliseconds, a genuine friend....
